Qaadir Tunnell

Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Operations

Qaadir Tunnell serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Operations, and Business Affairs at Vita Blue Home Care. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Public Relations from Pennsylvania State University, Qaadir brings a multidisciplinary approach to leadership. He is responsible for guiding the agency’s human capital strategy, day-to-day operations, and business development efforts. Qaadir has played a pivotal role in optimizing operational workflows, enhancing caregiver support systems, and promoting a culture of accountability and compassion.
